Refunds

Once you have engaged JMT Calibration, we will deliver you a base map and a reasonable number of revisions to dial in the software on your car. If, due our lack of availability, we are not able to complete this process, we will issue a full refund. We will not issue refunds if you withdraw early from the process.

Transfers

Generally, you cannot transfer a single calibration between two cars, however, if you have two or more BMWs there might be discounts available if you wish to have both your cars tuned with JMT Calibration.

If you are not happy with your tune for any reason and decide to move to another tuner, I can discuss the specifics of your car with them and will not hinder your move. Please note, however, that unlocked calibration files will not be handed to any other tuner (most would not want this anyway).
